SHIPPING AREA
Frenchy’s Collection currently ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
ORDER INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact frenchyscollection@gmail.com as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order begins processing, and we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent using the contact information supplied with the order. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Email frenchyscollection@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
RETURNS AND SHIPPING CHARGES
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Frenchy’s Collection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to store error. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for complete eligibility and return instructions.
