This website is operated by Frenchy’s Collection. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Frenchy’s Collection. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here.

ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this site or place an order. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and you may not transmit malicious code or interfere with the operation or security of the site.

PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, pricing, and availability accurately. Actual colors and appearance may vary by device or because products may be handmade. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is current, complete, and accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or intended for resale. If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue any applicable refund.

SHIPPING
We currently ship only within the United States. Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or events outside our reasonable control. Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Eligible return requests must be made within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unburned, and in their original condition. Used or burned candles, used wickless candles, and opened or used wax melts are not returnable.

Customer-paid return shipping and non-refundable original shipping charges apply as described in our Return and Refund Policy, except where required by law or where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to store error. Damaged or incorrect-order claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and photos.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, product names, photographs, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Frenchy’s Collection and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify and payment or shipping providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services beyond our reasonable control.

DISCLAIMER
Except as expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the site will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
